Andrea Skiera
Owner/Licensed Agent
Andrea has been heavily involved in real estate investment, development, and construction for more than 25 years. She began her career as an accountant for The Worthington Group. She saw the need for a title company to be located in Sweetwater, and Reliance Title was born from that vision. She lives in East Tennessee with her husband, their two daughters, two Australian shepherds, and a multitude of other animals.
Christy McCosh
Closing Agent
After graduation from Sweetwater High School, Christy attended Tennessee Wesleyan University where she obtained her degree in Business Administration. She has 15 years of experience in banking, lending, and the title industry. She and her husband of 27 years have lived in Kentucky, North Carolina, and are glad to finally be home in East Tennessee along with their five wonderful children. She is very involved in the community through her church and serves as a Board member for Sweetwater City Schools.
Sharon Kennedy
Closing Agent
Sharon has 19 years experience in the title industry. A local graduate from McMinn County High School in Athens, Sharon then attended Houston Community College in Texas where she later worked for an oil & gas company. In 2000, she returned home and married Rocky Kennedy. She started working for a title company completing searches and gaining years of experience. She and her husband live on a farm in Riceville and she enjoys working and relaxing on the farm, snow skiing, and traveling.
Ivey Watson
Closing Assistant
An East Tennessee local, Ivey has been in the title industry for over two years. She graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan University in 2018 where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Accounting. She lives in Madisonville with her husband, Clay, where he operates their fencing business. She enjoys boating, cooking, and traveling.
Caroline Buchholz
Admin. Assistant
Born and bred for the real estate industry, Caroline started her journey into administration 3 years ago. As Office Manager at an IT Staffing Company in Colorado, she learned to provide her clients with excellent customer service and assist her team to be at their peak performance. She married her high school sweetheart, Nick, and together they have two fur babies, Peach and Lucy. She loves nature walks with Lucy the pup, painting, antique shopping, and drinking coffee.
